Website Relaunch and Mirgration

When I joined the team, my first major initiative was leading the total overhaul and relaunch of Rockville’s decade-old, desktop-first website. To build a modern foundation, I managed our migration from BigCommerce to Shopify, which required a complete structural data model change to support over 10,000 SKUs.

 

Beyond the platform shift, I modernized our entire digital ecosystem: integrating a new loyalty program, deepening our email automation, and implementing cutting-edge personalization and recommendation apps. I also centralized our user experience by absorbing our standalone product support site directly into the main store and introducing a self-service returns and exchanges portal.
