I led a collaborative effort with agency partners and our in-house creative team to execute a comprehensive revitalization of the outdated and long overdue redesign of our brand website, samsontech.com.

Recognizing the evolving expectations of our users, we embarked on a transformative journey. Our first strategic decision was to separate our two distinct brands, Samson and Hartke, into separate websites. Although it took some convincing, it was a necessary step given the different audiences for each brand. In a pioneering move for our brand, we successfully integrated direct-to-consumer e-commerce capabilities.
We also understood that visitors are often looking for solutions, not just products. With this insight, we redesigned the site to meet their needs. We introduced intuitive navigation and an emphasis on real-life scenarios to ensure that users can easily find products tailored to their specific needs, even if they're not familiar with product names.
